Cancellation Policy

• If the customer cancel the order before delivery, there will be no additional charges on the cancellation. • Cancellation should be within 3 hours after placing the order online, the cancellation customer should be able to send us a proper email, stating the reason(s) for the cancellation. • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed. • If customer has been paid online through the payment gateway, a charges of 2.5% applicable on the total value of the order.
